FAQ

What does the magnetic brake dial do?

It controls how fast the spool turns when your lure is dropping. Dial it up to slow a light jig's fall and stop overruns; dial it down to let a heavy spoon get to the bottom fast. Squeeze the trigger to drop, let go to stop.

Left-hand or right-hand retrieve?

Pick the hand you crank with. Right-hand retrieve = you turn the handle with your right hand (and hold the rod in your left). Left-hand retrieve = the opposite.

Does the reel come spooled with line?

No. GlacierX reels ship without line so you can spool exactly what you fish. Add a spool of Dream Braid 8X or MonoX line above and it ships in the same box.
