Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Package Protection (Shipping Insurance)

We offer optional Package Protection at checkout for a small additional fee.

Package Protection helps cover issues such as:

  • Lost packages
  • Damaged packages
  • Stolen deliveries
  • Missing or incorrect items
  • Return-to-sender issues
  • Carrier-related mistakes

If your order includes Package Protection and an issue occurs, our support team will work to resolve it quickly — without lengthy back-and-forth communication.

Orders Without Package Protection

If you did not purchase Package Protection:

  • DreamCatcher Fishing Supplies is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend adding Package Protection at checkout to ensure full coverage for your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately at:

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed and shipped. However, because some orders are fulfilled quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes can be made in time.

If the order has already shipped before we receive your request, DreamCatcher Fishing Supplies is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
