Whether your item arrived damaged, is the wrong product, or is defective — our R&E Center handles all of these. No need to contact support first.

Select your item and describe the issue

Choose the affected item and pick the reason. You'll be asked to briefly describe the problem and optionally upload a photo.

Choose your resolution

Select a refund, replacement, or store credit. Most item issues are approved quickly — you'll hear back within 1–2 business days if your request needs review.

Missing delivery

We want to make it right. Every order includes package protection — if you opted in, we'll send a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Check your tracking status

Your shipping confirmation email has a live tracking link. Delays of 1–2 days past the estimated date are common — check the carrier's latest update first.

Already shipped? Start a return

If the order is already on its way, we're unable to intercept it. Once it arrives, use our Return & Exchange Center to return the item and place a new order for the correct one.

Submit your request in the R&E Center

Go to your order history, select the item, and fill out the return or exchange request form. This takes about 2 minutes.

Wait for approval (if required)

Some requests are approved instantly. Others may require a short review — you'll hear back within 1–2 business days.

Return your item (if applicable)

If your item needs to come back to us, we'll email you a prepaid return label. For refunds or replacements that don't require a return, we'll process them directly.

Get your refund or replacement

Once we receive your item, your chosen resolution — refund or replacement — will be processed. You select your preference in the R&E Center.

Need your new item quickly? Place a new order now and return the original once it arrives. Note: exchanges require us to receive the original item first before we ship the replacement.

FAQ

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

We typically ship within 1-3 business days. During peak times or after trade shows, it may take up to 7 days. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the U.S. and Canada.

Are your rod tips interchangeable across different rod lengths?

No. Tips are only compatible with their matching base. A 6'6" tip won't fit a 7' rod.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Go to our Return & Exchange center and answer a few simple questions. You can submit proof photos in there as well. We will review your request within 1-2 business day.

I broke something, what’s your warranty policy?

Why can't I apply my discount code?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. And our promos are time-limited. If you missed it, don’t worry — we run new promos regularly! Follow us on IG or join our email list.
