Love the carbon rod but the wooden handle came with chips in it and was told it might buff out... chips , i order the rods going to get a perfect new rod and that just didn't happen

Great rod caught a few bass on it last week

As a peacock bass guide, I can say that these rods are as advertised. Great quality and build. They have good backbone with nice sensitivity for working lures and even feeling the live bait at the end of my line. My clients enjoy using my setups.

Excellent piece of equipment. The first 2 fish on the rod were w 5-6 lb coho salmon followed by a 15-18 lb king salmon. It performs beautifully

The athena is exactly what ive been looking for. The sensitivity is amazing ive only used the ML tip for finessing smallmouth. Super sturdy rod despite how thin it looks. Give me time ill be a repeat customer

I waited over a year to get a real good grasp on this product. The Zeus 2pc is the best rod I have.
I've abused the crap out of this rod ranging from hitting the tip of the rod in the trunk many times, trying to unsnag lures improperly, and even caught some real good steelhead with it.
I have owned many expensive brand rods that snapped yet this rod stands at half the price for triple the durability.

I would highly recommend your next rod be this one.

I like the rod. The problem is I ordered and paid for 3 rods but only received 2. I had to prove myself twice showing I didn't receive the 3rd rod. I still have not received the last rod and have contacted you all several times and still nothing! Rod is good, customer service not so much!

Love the rod. Took it with me to the Bahamas and had a great time with the bonefish.

I was on the ocean today and was able to use the rod .. it has good action and a light touch.. very responsive and I happily reeled in some great seabass

Love it, I paired it with a kastking 300 saltwater series. It cast far, I'll use it in my lake, but I wish you made one for the back bays hear in jersey.

Very nice, I’ll be buying more of them. I own some great and expensive rods. This company has really figured out what I as an angler wants in a rod. Whether you fish finesse or large glides they got what you want.

I bought this rod after owning the two piece version and I finally got a chance to fish with it last weekend and the balance is amazing and I cant get over how beautiful the rod is. Casting with buzzbaits, chatterbaits, etc were a breeze, please buy with confidence

The Zeus rod itself looks like a great build, but mine arrived with a damaged Fuji guide near the handle — clearly a shipping issue, not a manufacturing flaw. The seller was quick to send a return label, which I appreciated. I shipped the damaged handle section back a few days ago, but the tracking number still isn’t showing any movement or status, so I can’t confirm it’s actually in transit yet.

I’ll update this review once I receive the replacement and get a chance to actually fish with it. So far, communication has been good, but I’d like to see the replacement process move a little faster.
