Step 1: Inquiry and Quote

Customers reach out with their chosen product, quantity, and design specifications. We provide a detailed quote based on their requirements.

Step 2: Sample Production

Upon approval of the quote, we create samples for verification. A small sample fee is charged during this process.

Step 3: Prototype Revision

If customers are not satisfied with the prototype, they can communicate further adjustments. We will then send a revised version for approval.

Step 4: Contract and Deposit

Once the sample is approved, we send a contract for the customer to sign and collect the deposit fee to start production.

Step 5: Production and Shipping

We commence production and provide a tracking number once the shipment is dispatched. Customers can track the delivery status.

Step 6: Final Inspection and Payment

Upon delivery, customers inspect the products and finalize the remaining payment, ensuring satisfaction with the completed order.
